Mike Parker's professional music career begin at age 17 playing funk and rock concerts in New York City clubs. Since then he has toured all over Europe and America playing counting concerts and festivals from The Netherlands to Romania and New Orleans to Estonia. He has recorded 4 albums of original compositions with criticals describing his music as 'an ingenious synthesis of all musical genres' and a 'mix of post bop, indie rock, avant-garde and some introductions for modern classical', with influences ranking from Led Zeppelin, John Coltrane and David Bowie to Thelonious Monk, Maurice Ravel, and A Tribe Called Quest.
For his new project, Mike Parker Trio, he is joined by long-time collaborators Wojtek Lichtanksi on alto saxophone and Max Olszewski on drums. The trio performed throughout 2024 appeared on stage in Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Czechia, and Poland. Their repertoire includes mostly Parker's original compositions along with some by his favorite artists.

His newest project, Mike Parker Trio, is working with his old musicians Wojtek Lichtanski alt saxophonist and Max Olszewski drummer. In 2024 the trio held numerous performances in Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland. Their repertoire consists mainly of Parker's own compositions, but also of some of his favourite artists.
